David is a native Floridian, currently residing with his wife and children in the north Atlanta metro area. David is a retired police officer with over twenty-seven (27) years of experience with the United States Air Force, the city of Tampa Police Department (Retired), the city of Pinellas Park Police Department, and the city of Johns Creek Police Department. 

David has achieved the NASAA Series 63 and 65 financial advisory licenses and holds the following undergraduate and graduate degrees:

• Master of Science (M.S.) in Financial Planning (University of Georgia, at Athens)
• Master of Entrepreneurship (M.E.) (Western Carolina University)
• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice Administration (the University of Phoenix)

David is an Independent Advisory Representative (IAR) with Serve & Protect Financial, Inc., primarily focused on assisting First Responders, and all other high-risk personnel, in all aspects of their financial journey. With his strong working knowledge of municipal and state retirement plans, and his nearly three decades as a fellow first responder and military veteran, David is a financial planner that takes great pride in assisting his colleagues in all areas of their financial planning needs, with an emphasis on retirement advisory services. David’s goal is to bring the benefits of comprehensive financial planning to his first responder family.
